Format
All artwork is preferred in vector format (full size) as Adobe Illustrator or Illustrator PDF files. (Examples: *.ai, *.pdf, *.eps)
Text / Fonts
All fonts must be converted to outlines or the font file(s) must be included with artwork.
Layers
It is strongly recommended that artwork layers are clearly separated and colors are clearly defined.
Colors
If precise color matching is required, please create design with Pantone matched spot colors or include the Pantone numbers that are to be matched.
Resolution
If you do submit your artwork as low-resolution graphics, it may be subject to recreation charges necessary to recreate the artwork as a print ready graphic.
Image Quality
Raster Graphics such as *.jpg, *.png, *.tiff, *.bmp are NOT recommended.
Raster Graphics must be formatted at 300 DPI or higher at full size for recreation.
Design Size
The design should be created at the size desired for decorating. Please refer to the size chart below for decoration size guide.
Background Removal
Images requested for background removal or any change to logo might compromised the images and best quality cannot be guaranteed.

FLAT EMBROIDERY & 3D EMBROIDERY
Maximum 8 Colors. If you already have a digitized artwork file, please submit it in DST or EMB file format.
Please avoid gradient, shading, transparency, distressed, and other similar elements in the artwork. In order to achieve the best result, text letter size must be at least .25′′ high or a font size of at least 36pt at the final embroidered size.
Anything below 1mm size for flat embroidery or 2mm size for 3D embroidery is subject to error (gaps between artwork may close and artwork may become distorted).
3D embroidery requires the artwork to consist of large, solid areas of color. All elements in the design should be at least .25” in width. Thin lines and small details can not be 3D embroidered.
SCREEN PRINTED PLASTISOL HEAT TRANSFER
Maximum 8 Colors.
We suggest our customers to stick to using areas of solid color and a specific color palette while creating graphics. The cost might increase when more colors are used in a design. It is strongly recommended that artwork layers are clearly separated and colors are clearly defined.

FULL COLOR DIGITAL PRINT HEAT TRANSFER & FULL COLOR PRINT VINYL HEAT TRANSFER
Full Color. High resolution files with 300dpi or above are required in CMYK color mode.
Digital Heat transfer cannot achieve true metallic colors, true neon colors, and true black. Black is printed by the mix of Cyan, Magenta and Yellow, which result the black look grayish and cloudy.
Vinyl heat transfer offers true black but does not offer true metallic colors and true neons colors.
VINYL APPLIQUE HEAT TRANSFER (FASHION-FILM / GLITTER / GLITTER FLAKE)
1 color maximum.
Please avoid gradients, small text sizes, thin lines, and fine details in order to achieve the best results. At least 1pt line thickness is required in design artwork and negative space.
FOIL HEAT TRANSFER (GOLD FOIL / SILVER FOIL / ROSE GOLD FOIL)
