Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy
To maintain fair competition and protect the integrity of the OTTO brand, all Buyers must comply with OTTO’s Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy.
Current Policy (through December 31, 2025):Buyers may not advertise, promote, or sell any OTTO products below OTTO’s published EQP (End Quantity Price) plus $0.05 per unit.
Updated Policy (effective January 1, 2026):Buyers may not advertise, promote, or sell any OTTO products below OTTO’s published EQP (End Quantity Price) plus $0.50 per unit.

To set up an account you will need your state issued Resale Certificate. You can Register Online or call Customer Service at 1-800-367-6886.
No, you can visit this website without a web account, but you can only view the Generic Catalog information. To access all features of this website, you will have to obtain a web account username and password.

Order
Blank products: no MOQ
Domestic custom products: pieces (per style/color/logo)
Overseas custom products: pieces for headwear, 2000 pieces for apparel (per style/size/color/logo)
Your order is immediately transmitted to our Order Entry Department for processing. Once the order is submitted, a summary of your order will be sent to your e-mail address. The order will be shipped out within the next business day upon inventory availability; otherwise, you will be notified on any backorders or changes.
Yes, backorder is available at OTTO CAP.
Step 1: Order any number of quantity even if the qty is low stock or out of stocks. OTTO CAP will generate base on our inventory status.
Step 2: OTTO CAP will send you a confirmation email once the backorder is ready.
Step 3: Confirm your backorder and make payment. The backorder will be cancel If payment is not made within 7 business day.

We offer free ground shipping on orders of 24 pieces or more. Free ground shipping only applies to OTTO products and does not apply to NON-OTTO products. Free ground shipping offered is through OTTO’s preferred carrier within the contiguous US, Alaska and Hawaii excluded.
Free Shipping started for new orders placed on December 1, 2023 or later. This means if your order or backorder was placed prior to December 1, 2023, when the order is ready to ship, your order will not get free shipping.
Products sold by OTTO qualifies for free shipping. Products sent to us (NON-OTTO) for customization does not qualify for free shipping.
OTTO’s free shipping program is only within the contiguous US, so Alaska and Hawaii delivery address will not get free shipping.
OTTO’s free shipping offer is only through our preferred carrier. If you wish to use a specific carrier, the free shipping does not apply.
OTTO’s free shipping offer is only for ground shipping. If you choose to expedite shipping, you are responsible for it in full. We do not offer a discount of the difference in ground vs. expedited.

Decoration Services
Yes. OTTO CAP offers domestic embroidery services. Our screenprinting service is done as heat transfers. The minimum order is pieces per style, color, size, and design. We also accept all garments provided to us by customers. The estimated delivery time is 7 to 30 business days after all final approvals.
NOTE: Delivery date may vary depending on quantity and design
Yes. OTTO CAP offers full embroidery and screen printing services directly from overseas operations. The minimum quantity for this program is pieces (NaN dozens) per style, color, size, and design. The estimated delivery time is about 21 to 65 days after the approval of the pre-production sample.

Yes. Each customer has a free spec sample quota based on their account status and order history. While individual quotas are not publicly displayed, any request exceeding the standard limit will be reviewed by our team on a case-by-case basis.
All OTTO headwear products are eligible. However, we recommend starting with our best-selling styles for the quickest and easiest sampling experience.
