
Domestic blank products are typically shipped within the next business day.
Domestic custom products are shipped within approximately 10 business days after final approval.
Overseas custom products are shipped within approximately 65 days after final approval.
*We are not responsible for the delay of any freight carrier or due to force majeure events such as, but not limited to, disasters, emergencies, pandemics, epidemics, government regulations and strikes.
All returns must have a Return Authorization (RA) number issued by our company within 5 days of receiving the merchandise. Approved returns must be received within 15 days of the RA issue date. Returns will not be accepted for any reason after 30 days from the original order date.
Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, depending on the reason for the return and the condition and packaging of the items upon receipt. Returns that are not received in their original condition and packaging may be refused or assessed the maximum 20% restocking fee.
Please verify that all items— including style, size, color, and quality— is correct prior to decorating. We do not accept returns on items that have been printed, embroidered, or otherwise altered.
All return-related charges, including those from refused items, must be settled prior to placing any subsequent orders. We reserve the right to inspect all returned items and make the final determination on all returns.
Claims for shortages or defective merchandise must be made within 5 days of receipt.
