Blank Products
Domestic blank products are typically shipped within the next business day from CA, TX, or GA.
Domestic Custom Products
Domestic custom products are shipped within approximately 10 business days after all final approvals.
TPU Thermaprint & Patch
Custom TPU Thermaprint and Patch products are shipped within approximately 20 business days after all final approvals.
Overseas Custom Products
Overseas custom products are shipped within approximately 21, 30, or 65 days after all final approvals.
*We are not responsible for the delay of any freight carrier or due to force majeure events such as, but not limited to, disasters, emergencies, pandemics, epidemics, government regulations and strikes.
Cancellation & Returns
Eligibility
Please check all merchandise on style, size, color and quality are correct before decorating as we will not accept returns for printed, embroidered, or altered merchandise.
RA Number
All returns must have a Return Authorization (RA) Number issued by our company within 5 days after receipt of the merchandise. All returns must be received back within 15 days of the RA issue date.
30 Days
We will not accept returns for orders past 30 days for any reason. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
*Claims for shortages or defective merchandise must be made within 5 days of receipt.
