Despite inflation and increased import tariffs, our commitment to providing you with exceptional value remains unwavering.
Measures we’ve taken to optimize value to you include aggressive price negotiation with our overseas suppliers and absorbing additional costs on our end. We also introduced our free ground shipping program, which represented a significant added cost to OTTO CAP® — yet we implemented it without hesitation to stay true to our mission.
Unfortunately, OTTO CAP® has recently faced significant tariff increases arising from the most recent round of tariff. Despite our best efforts to absorb these costs, we find it necessary to adjust our prices effective October 1, 2025.
At the same time, we want to share some good news and assure you of our ongoing commitments:
- Continued Free Ground Shipping Program: We are dedicated to maintaining our free shipping program, recognizing its value in helping you serve your customers. Please visit our FAQ page for details on restrictions.
- Price Stability Commitment: We pledge to hold these adjusted prices stable through 2026, with no further increases unless extraordinary circumstances arise.
- Selected Style Price Freeze: we want to share that three of our best sellers, including 112-1 (6 Panel Trucker Hat), 83-2 (OTTO COMFY FIT Low Profile Mesh Back Trucker Hat), and 19-1227 (OTTO COMFY FIT® Baseball Cap), along with a dozen other select styles, will see their prices unchanged through year-end; we hope this can help you navigate the changes more smoothly.
- Dynamic Adjustment on Tariff Updates: We’re committed to proactively reversing price changes if tariffs are reduced, ensuring you benefit fully from any price drops.
