1. Eligibility

This Program is open only to selected OTTO CAP customers who meet the participation criteria as determined by OTTO CAP (“Eligible Customers”). Eligibility is limited to customers located in the 50 United States and D.C., who are 18 years of age or older at the time of participation. Employees, officers, and directors of OTTO CAP and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Sponsor

This Program is offered by OTTO CAP, located at 3550-A E Jurupa St, Ontario, CA 91761.

3. How to Participate

Eligible Customers may participate by completing the OTTO CAP customer survey during the Program Period. A survey link will be provided directly by OTTO CAP to selected customers via email or other official communication channels.

4. Program Period

The Program begins on 08/11/2025 and ends on 08/31/2025, unless extended or terminated earlier at OTTO CAP’s discretion.

5. Incentive

Eligible Customers who complete the survey during the Program Period and meet all requirements will receive a $50 coupon code for use on ottocap.com.

• The coupon is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may be subject to expiration dates and product exclusions as noted on the coupon.
• Limit one coupon per eligible customer during the Program Period. Coupon Valid Until 12/31/2025
• OTTO CAP reserves the right to substitute a reward of equal or greater value if the stated incentive becomes unavailable.

6. Notification & Delivery

Coupons will be delivered via the email address provided by the participant within one (1) week of survey completion, subject to eligibility verification.

7. Privacy

Information submitted through the survey will be handled in accordance with the OTTO CAP Privacy Policy available at: https://ottocap.com/privacy-policy.

8. General Conditions

By participating, you agree:

• To provide accurate and truthful responses in the survey.
• That OTTO CAP reserves the right to verify eligibility and disqualify any participant who fails to comply with these Terms.
• That OTTO CAP may cancel, suspend, or modify the Program at any time if circumstances beyond its control affect its operation.
• That OTTO CAP’s decisions regarding all aspects of the Program are final and binding.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OTTO CAP shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the Program or the use of any incentive provided.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
