Decoration Service Terms & Conditions

* The decoration request is not final and will be reviewed by OTTO’s Inside Sales Representatives. No payment required at this time until your request is reviewed. One of our Inside Sales Representatives will assist you and provide a final quote. An order will be created when you accept the final quote. The quote is final and will be valid for 30 days on Domestic & Overseas.

 

* An authorization signature & a minimum of 50% non-refundable deposit is required to start production. 50% remaining balance will be due before shipping. All Net terms are subject to credit approval.

 

* Domestic Custom Decoration Minimum is 48 pieces (Style, Color, Size and Logo Location) and requires 5-7 business days for embroidery production, 10-13 business days for heat transfer production, and 20-25 business days for TPU & patch production. The production days start after sample, all final approvals and deposits are received.
Overseas 21 Day Custom Decoration Minimum is 144 pieces (Style, Color, Size and Logo Location) requires 21 business days for production, starts after sample, all final approvals and deposits are received.
Overseas 30 Day Custom Decoration Minimum is 144 pieces (Style, Color, Size and Logo Location) requires 30 business days for production, starts after sample, all final approvals and deposits are received.
Overseas 65 Day Custom Decoration Minimum is 144 pieces (Style, Color,  Size and Logo Location) requires 65 business days for production, starts after sample, all final approvals and deposits are received.

 

* Delivery date may vary depending on quantity and design. Special shipping (Extra Cost) may be required to meet in-hands date. Otto International, Inc. is not responsible for the delay of any freight carrier or other delays due to force majeure events.

 

* Otto International, Inc. will not be responsible for any errors and/or omissions once order is approved, therefore, please review all paperwork and samples.

 

* Sample is recommended, but if waived, Otto International, Inc. will not be responsible for any poor quality issues on digitized files provided by customer.

 

* Additional charges will apply for the shipping of all samples.

 

* No cancellation allowed once order is approved and processed.

 

* We assume when artwork is submitted for reproduction in producing an order that the artwork was submitted in full compliance with the laws governing copyright, trademark, etc. Purchasers, by placing these orders, agree to hold us harmless for any damages and/or costs arising under these laws as a consequence of our use of artwork.
